Kayla Creeley

My name is Kayla Creeley and I’m an Indigenous student currently attending R.B. Russell Vocational High School and I wish to become a professional graphic designer one day. I was born in Brooks, AB and I grew up all around western canada and so far my family has found the greatest opportunities in Manitoba.

I got into graphic design because I had a passion for art. Coming to R.B. Russell I chose their graphic design program because it seemed like a perfect fit since I loved creating. I’ve gained experience and learned how to use the software and decided that this is what I want to do with my life. Thanks to amazing non-profits like LITE I was able to gain first-hand experience of taking a real life commissions. This has been a great opportunity and I hope to get more commissions in the future!
