LITE creates job opportunities for people in Winnipeg who face barriers to employment. 

Since 1994, we've partnered with community organizations to support Winnipeg's core neighbourhoods by creating jobs, providing funding for training programs, offering volunteer opportunities and more.

The LITE Shop is a social enterprise that creates training & employment opportunities through our community partners.

Every purchase fuels job creation & community empowerment. When you buy from the LITE Shop, you’re not only making a positive impact on the lives of Winnipeg’s people, but also helping to build a brighter future for our city!

Many products are available as Buy to Donate. These items, which organizations regularly need, are donated directly to charities on your behalf once purchased.

All items in our shop have a positive social impact. Some are priced higher as fundraisers to support our mission.
